City leaders in Cocoa Beach voted Thursday night to allow dogs on beaches. There are some rules:
All dogs, no matter the size, have to be on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after their pets obviously. Dogs are only allowed on the beach from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m...and is confined to 4th Street South to 16th Street South.
